在烏日區南端溪尾地區的鄉間座落一間警局，這裡除了有「警察杯杯」外，還有於2018年3月成軍的可愛警犬汪汪。
臺中市政府警察局警犬隊又名為「TCPB K9」。TCPB是臺中市政府警察局的英文縮寫，而K9就是canine警犬的英語諧音，藉由領犬員介紹，可以了解警察杯杯訓練警犬汪汪的酸甜苦辣。另外也有機會實際與警犬互動，看見警犬的作業現場，也能對警犬有更深刻的認識。
參訪TCPB K9之後，明白警犬汪汪守護社會安全背後的努力，作為警察的好幫手，他們協助警察追蹤嫌疑人、檢查毒品或爆炸物，並且迅速發現人類難以察覺的線索，協助警察處理各種緊急情況。我們能擁有認識警犬的機會，相信此一機會是我們人生中美好的回憶！

(Dog Handler): One is a German Shepherd, another is a Belgian Shepherd, and the other is a Labrador Retriever.

(Dog Handler):Not many of them can become police dogs because they are sensitive to sound.

(Dog Handler): A police dog also needs to protect people.
For example, it can find possible explosives during an election rally.
警犬的職責一樣是為了保護人民，例如警犬會在選舉現場找尋「可能存在的」危險爆裂物，以保護市民安全。
I see. Their noses are very strong. I remember that finding drugs is one of the tasks for a police dog, too. Is that true?
了解，牠們的鼻子很敏銳，我記得查緝毒品也是警犬的任務之一，是嗎？
(Dog Handler): Yes! We have them find heroin, cocaine or ketamine. These drugs are all banned in Taiwan.
是的。我們查緝海洛因、古柯鹼或ｋ他命，這些都是在臺灣被禁止的毒品。
How does a police dog find all these drugs?
警犬是如何找到這些毒品呢？
(Dog Handler): Good question! We train it to smell a variety of drugs. We put a little drug powder into its toy to let it get familiar with the smell of drugs.
好問題！我們會訓練警犬聞毒品的味道。我們會將毒品粉末放進玩具裡並讓牠熟悉毒品的味道。
