「閱讀擴展了視野，並具備改變的潛力。」這正是拾本書堂創立的初衷。書堂內部設計了舒適的空間，提供單人和多人使用的座位區，還有免費的電腦供查詢使用。館藏非常豐富，包括文學、藝術、財經、繪本等類別，並特設了青少年喜愛的漫畫區。
此外，每週三、週六也會舉辦「換換書」活動，只要帶七成新以上保存良好的書籍，就能進行交換、把喜歡的書帶回家喔！
