烏日啤酒廠是臺酒公司的三大啤酒廠之一，並且是三大啤酒廠中唯一研發及生產的工廠，自1966年生產至今，從原料、水質、製程，每一步驟都經過嚴格的品管。研發生產的「金牌啤酒」至今熱銷，受到國內外人士的喜愛。
走在廠區中，可以嗅到空氣中飄著淡淡的酒香（製酒過程中的發酵氣味），若事先預約，將有專人介紹啤酒釀製及包裝過程，一睹世界少有的銅製糖化鍋釜。

Take “Taiwan beer” for example, there are hops, barley, yeast, and water. But what's special about “Taiwan Beer” is the addition of Japonica Rice. It makes “Taiwan Beer” taste more closer to Taiwanese flavor.
以「台灣啤酒」為例，它包含了啤酒花、大麥、酵母和水。
但「台灣啤酒」特別之處在於添加了蓬萊米，使其口味更貼近台灣人口味。
