你聽過全臺最會搬家的小學嗎？是的，就是大楊國小。它經歷過四次搬家、五次校舍重建，自1920年創校以來，見證超過一個世紀的臺灣歷史。
事實上，大楊地區這片純樸寧靜的土地，從日治時期曾位居交通要道而繁榮富庶，爾後因經歷太平洋戰爭的美軍轟炸；國民政府陽明山計畫擴建機場(airport)，數萬居民遷村；近代飛機(airplane)起降噪音頻繁被迫遷移，最終搬至現址。
來到這所佇立於鰲峰山上的偏鄉小學，你可以停留於校門口，感受臺中海線的山風徐徐吹拂臉龐；遠看校園內閩式磚牆，聆聽飛機聲劃破天際。幸運的話，還能在冬天的季節與鰲峰山大霧相遇，讓自己彷彿置身仙境！

That's right! Dayang Elementary School is close to the air force base, so we can often hear the sound of airplanes.
對呀，因為大楊國小離空軍基地很近，所以可以常常聽見飛機的聲音。
