First, press the green “Rent via IC Card” button.

首先，按下綠色的＂啟動靠卡＂鈕。
Second, tap IC card to unlock.
The screen shows "Tap the IC card".
第二， 於感應區靠卡解鎖。
螢幕顯示“請靠卡感應”。

Almost. The screen will show “Pull the bike backwards”. It means you can get the bike now. Just pull it.
