聽到「下一站∼成功」這句話，是不是覺得很激勵人心？
從追分車站往臺中方向的鐵道，被稱為「成追線」(Chengzhui line)，追分的下一站就是「成功」(Chenggong)。
在日本統治臺灣時代，這裡叫做「王田驛」，後來因為附近大肚臺地上設立了成功嶺，才改名為成功車站。成功嶺是個大軍營，以前最常出入成功車站的都是阿兵哥，現在則以附近居民和觀光客為主。
咦，成功車站裡有些不一樣的火車，全身黑漆漆沒有車窗？哦，原來這裡有火車貨運站，還有專門讓貨物上火車的月臺(platform)呢！
