此平台距離高鐵軌道只有數公尺，可近距離看南來北往的列車飛馳，體驗高鐵呼嘯而過的快感，相當震撼刺激。一旁豎立著高鐵列車時刻表，讓遊客們可以讀報時刻表並判斷南北方位，是充滿視覺、聽覺享受的景點。
