我們文青之旅的第一站：摘星山莊又稱潭子林宅，建造於光緒三年，為清昭勇將軍林其中所建，至今已經有一百五十多年歷史了。摘星山莊是屬於四合院多護龍建築，門樓內是一片平坦寬闊的前埕，埕前有半月池和一片蒼翠的竹林，景色十分宜人，宅第中到處可見栩栩如生的交趾陶、雅緻的石雕、精細的木刻及種類繁複的磚雕，彰顯清代富人居所的華麗氣派，值得大家深入了解文史故事並欣賞感受建築藝術的美感。
參觀摘星山莊並瞭解半月池的設計所具備的功能，簡略整理於旅行筆記。We can ride bikes to Zhaixing Villa, because it was located by the Tanya Shen Green Bikeway.
因為摘星山莊位於潭雅神綠園道的腳踏車道旁，所以我們可以騎車去。
