潭子農會穀倉(Barn in TAN-ZI Farmer’s Assocation)於西元1931年日治時期創建，因為臺灣溼度高，常導致稻米乾燥不良，容易變質，儲存不容易。為了改善臺灣米的貯藏品質，於是興建農業倉庫。這座近百年的穀倉是臺灣農業發展的見證，目前列為市定古蹟。
潭子農會穀倉包括糙糠間(chaff room)、碾米機房(rice mill)及糙米倉庫(brown rice warehouse)等空間。內部有「中央輸送帶」與「傾斜槽」，是當時自動化的設備，還有「通氣柱」相當於今日的空調設備，穀倉並具有防潮、防鼠的建築技術，是日治時期非常先進的穀倉。
